Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. If you suspect your password has been compromised or your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.
User Responsibilities

- You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the soccer808 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX. The list of available payment methods is subject to change in accordance with platform policy.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe indicated during the transaction process. soccer808 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers or technical issues beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the withdrawal policy in effect at the time the request is submitted. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your soccer808 account. soccer808 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.
Any attempts to commit fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. soccer808 complies with applicable financial compliance requirements in Malaysia.
Liability Limitations, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limitation
Soccer808 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. In all circumstances, soccer808's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the active deposit balance in your account at the time the incident occurs.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Soccer808 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms of use, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable policies.
